What we need from you

Three things, and you can get all of them from the device itself.

01Your serial number or MAC addressThe serial is on the deck sticker. The MAC address appears in the NAVEE app when you try to bind.
02The modelAs printed on the device. Your best guess is fine, and we confirm it.
03What you are seeingA couple of sentences about how you got the device and what the app or screen is telling you. This is the part that usually decides how quickly we can answer you.

You do not need the original receipt to start. Most second-hand devices come without one. Tell us what you do have and we build the case from there.

Serial number or MAC address

The serial is on the deck sticker. The MAC address appears in the NAVEE app when you try to bind.

Cannot read it? Send a photo of the label instead and we will work from that.
