What we need from you

Three things, and you can get all of them from the device itself.

1. 01Your frame numberStamped on the frame label, near the bottom bracket.
2. 02The modelAs printed on the device. Your best guess is fine, and we confirm it.
3. 03What you are seeingA couple of sentences about how you got the device and what the app or screen is telling you. This is the part that usually decides how quickly we can answer you.

You do not need the original receipt to start. Most second-hand devices come without one. Tell us what you do have and we build the case from there.
